What to do with 0k cash in hand? Looking at getting the following:

1. First home (around 0k);
2. 1 x Investment property (under 0k with approx. 0 rental income weekly)
3. 1 x Small business (under 0k with approx. 00 turnover weekly, 30% profit)

Could anyone tell me if it is possible to purchase all these with the 0k deposit? If so, what will be the best way to do it?

Also, what if the cash in hand increases to 0k instead?
