Is it true that if Chinas boom comes to and end and do not require Australian mineral/mining imports any longer. Will this affect employment and property prices here in Australia?

Would they claim more tax return than if i do it myself through e-tax, if it’s just for personal tax return, which might include salary, property investment, business investment, etc. Is it worthwhile to go for a tax accountant for this? I was informed the cost would be 0 for all the items mentioned above, sounds reasonable price?
