Property investment and portfolio ideas?

I have approx 0K cash and I want to invest in housing and hopefully build a large portfolio one day (on the very far horizon haha). Does anyone know the best way to build a portfolio with this money? For example, use it as deposits for three houses that all produce rent from day one with some input to the loan from me? Or should I use all of the money to buy one more expensive house and later use the equity in that property to leverage finance for other properties (once it appreciates)? Or, or, or…………….there are so many ideas and so few answers in my head.

Any genuine advice would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

ABC – A Better Choice, is this property investment agency legitimate or is this a scam?

We have been called up by this agency and went to a free seminar all to do with purchasing investment properties, these properties were in Melbourne and we live in Adelaide. We had the man from the company come to our house and discuss with us about their company and how we can make money, he also offered flights and accommodation in Melbourne to go look at the properties.

The company is called ABC (which stands for A Better Choice)

I really would like to know if anyone else knows more about this company, or has had any first hand experience with them or something similar….

I would really like to know if this is legitimate or not (there is a lot of stories about fake or phony agencies that seem similar to this which scam people for money)

Thank you in advance.

How does investment in shares compare to real estate in Australia?

I’ve been looking for a graph or similar that shows how property investment has compared with shares over the past 20 (or so) years. Can you help?
