Your questions about wealth creation system

Sharon asks…

lets say someone believes this what religon would you say this is ?

The worship of God is silent and solitary; free
from all self seeking. The silence is a necessity as all speech is feeble and imperfect. Therefore, as with Our ancestors , their spirits and consciousness, would ascend out of time and space to God in wordless adoration/feelings. There are no priests or saviors or Messias authorized to come between a man (soul) and our Maker. Each experience is personal, different than another and should not in any way be meddled with or judged. Each soul should become conscious of the divinity that is itself.

There should be no shrines, no temples among you except nature, and mankind caretaking of nature. Be a real, natural, human being. Our real faith may not be formulated in creeds, as we have been taught, but comes from a deeper portion of yourself, that you have only forgotten, or ignore. Temples were built to be gods. God can be worshipped by honoring yourself, you honor God because you truly are one and the same. Look at Our Earth, Our Ocean, Our Night Sky, and the Galaxy. This is our church, and you are the alter in that church, so release yourself from your past limited thinking, It only takes a decision. What anyone else thinks doesn’t matter.

It is important to remember that God does not place value upon the material fabric of time
This has only been created so that we as should, could learn more about ourselves and return with our experiences to contribute to the creation of ourselves. The rituals of offerings and sacrifice and other symbolic objects, only mean something to you. God is only interested in your intent, the path of your heart. Look to find your highest happiness and the motive for power to? Our existence.

Do not look ill upon those of simplicity or poverty, the goal of ones paths regardless of lifetimes or lifeforms is not the accumulation of wealth, and the enjoyment of luxury. It is to discover your true self. That which is apart from the God that part of your which chooses to leave the comfort and safety of eternity, to fall into the concept of Time. To become a true human being is the practice and constant embracing of your essential self. And, from that place of eternity, your thoughts, actions, and emotions should emanate into the world. Human beings should be vulnerable, open, focused, strong, and flexible. In Our world, the three concerns all of Us must address personally are Self-Worth, Trust, and Expectation. Our Earth not only needs healing, she also needs a responsible, and worthy companion. That companion is the masculine.

There is a great need for the men of our world, to become intuitive and soulful. Men must cultivate unconditional love on all levels. The men of our world are too aggressive and full of self-imposed loneliness. Please remember that all energy moves in a circle, so everything returns – the love and the anger and the despair. Please, I ask you to also acknowledge the fact that the love that you withhold is the pain that you carry. So, let love warm your voice, let love be the wonder to children’s ears. Let imagination create a world of unconditional responsibility. It will change the order of the old word. Let your emotions give motion to the hero’s that struggle within all of your, for the freedom to act, to be, to witness, and to apologize.

The responsibility of becoming a human being is great, but it is also natural. It is prayer in motion. It is Our evolution and free will in action. It is the flow of life in all things. It is as Our world should be. All of us are born of Our Earth, so love Earth and make new life, for children are always a new beginning. Most of Us have yet to rediscover a world you’ve already discovered.

Strive to keep your conscious thoughts from clogging with envy, and pride. Find time, make time to be outdoors in solitude. Allow the magnetic forces of our Earth to revitalize your nervous systems. For our busy lives dissipate these vital life and spiritual energies. We are all sages, though untutored. We all live in two worlds, two realities, two minds. The first is the spiritual world, that of pure spirit, which is the only essence of all things. It is here that all of the reasons for our present existence in our lifeform come from. It is also here that we, as sages, look for no favors or help. There is no worship of the symbolic. It’s the place of beingness, God. The place of knowing nothing, which in turn is the same place of knowing everything.

The elements that make up our world, the forces of nature such as Wind, Fire, Water, Air, Lightning, should truly be regarded as spiritual powers, manifest into the physical realm, because spirit pervades all of God and its creation. And, all creatures possess a soul, in some varying degree. But it is important to understand that some lifeforms can only hold a small degree of soul, while others can hold much more weight and light of the soul. And these different lifeforms are not necessarily a soul conscious of itse

The Bible says, “There is a way that seems right unto man but the end of that way is death–Proverbs. Your whole premise leaves out one very important principle. That we are not accountable to God and that God will not hold us accountable. If you believe what you say then you are your own God, for each person answers only to themselves. If what you say is true, then the Bible is a lie and Jesus is a liar, for he said that we would give account to God for our words and actions. So who will be right in the end. Will you be your Judge or will God be your Judge? We shall see!

Donna asks…

How many believe this is also Mr OBAMA?

SOCIALISM
Socialism is a philosophy that encompasses various theories of economic organization which advocate either public or direct worker ownership and administration of the means of production and allocation of resources.[1][2][3] A more comprehensive definition of socialism is an economic system that directly maximizes use-values as opposed to exchange-values and has transcended commodity production and wage labor, along with a corresponding set of social and economic relations, including the organization of economic institutions and method of resource allocation;[4] often implying a method of compensation based on individual merit, the amount of labor expended or individual contribution.[5]

Socialists generally share the view that capitalism unfairly concentrates power and wealth among a small segment of society that controls capital and derives its wealth through a system of exploitation. This in turn creates an unequal society, that fails to provide equal opportunities for everyone to maximise their potential,[6] and does not utilise technology and resources to their maximum potential nor in the interests of the public.[7]

Many socialists, from Henri de Saint-Simon, one of the founders of early socialism (Utopian Socialism), to Friedrich Engels and Karl Marx, advocated for the creation of a society that allows for the widespread application of modern technology to rationalise economic activity by eliminating the anarchy of capitalist production.[8][9] They reasoned that this would allow for economic output (or surplus value) and power to be distributed based on the amount of work expended in production, although there is disagreement among socialists over how and to what extent this can be achieved.

Socialism is not a concrete philosophy of fixed doctrine and programme; its branches advocate a degree of social interventionism and economic rationalisation (usually in the form of economic planning), but sometimes oppose each other. A dividing feature of the socialist movement is the split between reformists and revolutionaries on how a socialist economy should be established. Some socialists advocate complete nationalisation of the means of production, distribution, and exchange; others advocate state control of capital within the framework of a market economy.

David asks…

Was Henry Ford right when he said that there would be a revolution if people understood our monetary system?

“It is well enough that the people of the nation do not understand our banking and monetary system, for if they did, I believe there would be a revolution before tomorrow morning.” – Henry Ford

Few people understand the true nature of money and finance, and for that very reason, few people are able to gain or maintain wealth today. Instead, the average American lives in a state of servitude to a mortgage, taxes, and a job. At any moment, everything can be taken away if a constant cash flow is not paid. The middle class’ current situation is not very different from historical serfs or indentured servants. How did this happen and who is the beneficiary?

The creation of controlled inflation has proven immeasurably valuable to the banking industry and Federal Government at the expense of the American people. The Federal Reserve grants interest-free (all interest is returned to US Treasury) loans to the government while the citizens have to pay interest due to inflation. What to do?

admin answers:

Based on your analysis, the best thing to do would be to be born or marry in to a family that is already wealthy. LOL!! Honestly, as can be judged by history, even from colonial times, there will always be the rich elite and the poor/middle class struggling to get by. Every year the rich get richer and the poor get poorer. I don’t think there will ever be a practical solution that will solve these problems. The unrealistic plan would be to overall our monetary/financial system… but that would never happen.

Your questions about wealth creation system

Nancy asks…

Whats 3% matter considering the good that will be done.?

I wrote:
The climate in America has become stagnant in that there’s been a decrease in our actual culture. Education has been watered down dumbed. Americans have become soft-ists to the point of a complacency. Industry in only a shadow of what it once was. Jobs are being shipped over seas at even increasing rates. The majority of jobs available fall into either the technical sales or service industries. In a way economically speaking its like selling air there’s no true value as you would have in a industrial economy.

The idea is to invest in the people. Obama is asking the elite wealthy of the country who has been so good to them to contribute just a bit more 3% not as a punishment but a patriotic act. Obama proposals or plan is to invest in the people by redistributing a small portion of wealth to the youth the future of America. Investing in education, infrastructure, science and technology. Investing in small business creation leveling the playing field. Simply making small farmers capable of competing in the food markets. Obama’s plan will create a whole new renaissance in America

To create a new era of enlightenment as such is a renaissance you must start with the youth. By improving the elementary level of education and making it available to ALL Americans will flood our universities thus creating the era of knowledge and arts. Arts in an area severely diminished in our currant nationalism seen in political polls on where we are headed as a country. Our currant education system is an embarrassment when compared to other developed countries. Music has seen a huge decline. When I was a kid it was a popular idea to grow up to be a scientist. You just don’t hear that from kids today. We need to excite the young in these areas.

I had observed many striking similarities between FDR and Barak Obama. Obama’s plan most resembles to me the New Deal of Roosevelt. Roosevelt saw in the international bankers and cooperation’s the inherit evil, the greed and corruption that caused the Great Depression. Occasional capitalism needs to be tempered with some beneficial social policies. This I feel is one of these times.
Roosevelt spoke:

“Throughout the nation men and women, forgotten in the political philosophy of the Government, look to us here for guidance and for more equitable opportunity to share in the distribution of national wealth… I pledge you, I pledge myself to a new deal for the American people… This is more than a political campaign. It is a call to arms”

Today:
LONG BEACH, California (Reuters) – Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice said on Wednesday that failing public schools pose her greatest national security concern, one she warned could undermine the United States’ ability to lead and to compete in a global economy.

Equal access to educational opportunities, she said, also lies at the heart of one of the nation’s most important core values — the belief in the United States as a true meritocracy.

Rice, a Stanford University professor before joining the Bush administration, spoke at a conference of women organized by former TV journalist Maria Shriver, the wife of California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger.

As an educator, Rice said it broke her heart to see “kids who might be the next Nobel Prize winner … trapped in some public school that’s just basically warehousing them.”

“But as a secretary of state, it makes me terrified because … if we cannot do better in educating all of our people, then we are not going to be competitive in a global economy,” she said. “We’re going to become protectionist, we’re going to turn inward, the United States is not going to lead.”

Moreover, she said, the lack of quality education for all children jeopardizes the fundamental American belief that every citizen has the opportunity for success, no matter their background or place of origin.

“If we can’t keep that true for every American, we’re going to lose who we are, and then we won’t lead, and so it is for me the most pressing national security issue,” she said.

Rice offered little in the way of concrete solutions for addressing inequities in public schools — suggesting part of the answer lies in “the best practices” adopted by schools that succeed and “having high standards
You all have valid points. I know throwing money at something isn’t the answer but we do need to start somewhere.

If you are talking about raising taxes by 3%, I am preparing for them going up at least 5% (for me). I plan on not eating out or spending as much in 2009 and 2010 to make up for the extra money I will be paying in taxes.

I think it’s great, nobody will miss me spending that money at local restaurants and stores since the waiters and clerks will be getting money from Obama.

Mandy asks…

Do you think the Federal Reserve leads to bankrupt nations..is the US going on its way to bankruptcy?

Do you believe we are in deep financial trouble that we won’t be able to get out of?

Do you agree with these writings & statements?

The Federal Reserve – Fractional Banking System – always leads to bankrupt nations

All countries in world have a Federal Reserve, like U.S, All these Federal Reserve are controlled by same 13 families.-

Google: Fritz Springmeier 13 Illuminati Bloodlines Links to Fed. Res. articles below.

——————————————————————————–

Federal-Reserve-Money-Creation < – Video – quick overview of how Fed. Res. collapses nations.

Federal Reserve is private banks control over Americans.

International bankers, with money & control, work together to increase their wealth & power, stripping citizens, governments of capital, property, rights, liberties. In history, it seems our governments have increased human rights, but, in fact, this cabal of intl. bankers has increased their financial strangle hold on citizens, business, governments worldwide.

In 1913, the Intl. Banker prompted & passed the Banking Act. The US Constitution requires that our government print money, interest free, and set interest rates. But instead, the Banking Act lets the Federal Reserve, a group of private, foreign banks, issue Fed. Res. debt notes (currency) and set interest rates.

Emergences (pretended) of war, famine, etc. make our U.S. government borrow more and more, increasing our U.S. debt (with interest) to them. Fed. Res. is unconstitutional. The 16th amendment to US Constitution makes American citizens subject to pay back these loans through their personal income tax.

The more U.S. government borrows money (wars & emergencies), debt & interest increases, our money is depreciated, inflation rages. Huge debts for our children !

Fed. Res. raises and lowers banks interest rates to increase their Fed. Res. profits. Fed. Res. continue to concentrate their power and control. In all areas, banking, food, health, … there is rapid change where those in power are increasing their power.

The stated advantage is the Fed. Reserve is working to protect citizens, business, but they’re really just increasing the power, wealth, control of the controlling elites, the bankers, over the rights of citizens worldwide – increasing power of the few over many.

In America, we once had 1,000s of newspaper owners. Now just 9 corporations control our mainstream; news,TV, books, movies.

In all things; banking, food, health, the world moves towards greater concentration of power & control, the few over the man, with less & less individual freedom !

Fractional Banking How it works to advantage of bankers, theft of individuals

admin answers:

It does revolve around debt in that it makes it’s money from debts drawn against money it already has. Therefore people are expected to pay money that they didn’t have to begin with.

Paul asks…

Do you think the Knights Templar were evil as King Philip of France made them out to be?

I’m sure some where as there is at least one “bad apple” in every society and cult. But about all of them? Also, what happened to the ones who allegedly escaped? Bellow are a few facts about them:

The official name of the Knights Templar’s was the “Order of the Poor Knights of Christ”, formed in Jerusalem in 1118 to protect the pilgrims visiting Palestine at the end of the First Crusade of 1096. The full, original name was “The Poor Knights of Christ and the Temple which is in Jerusalem”, making it understandable why a short title became popular.

Creation of the Templar’s

The order of the Knights Templar’s was created a few years after the Knights Hospitalers, in roughly the same place and for similar reasons. The Templar’s rose to higher glory and power, ended in a more spectacular fashion, and their remains were passed on to the Hospitalers.

The Templar’s were called the Knights of the Red Cross, with their symbol of a red cross on a white field. In 1128, when the Order was confirmed by Pope Honorius II, the Knights received the white vestment as a symbol of the purity of their life. In 1146 Pope Eugenius added “the red cross with two bars”, so the many illustrations we see of the double-barred cross are no doubt appropriate.

Although similar to the goals of the Hospitalers, French knights Godfrey de Saint Omer and Huguens des Payens (Hugh) created the Knights Templar’s specifically as a military order, with no pretensions of charity or aid to the sick. When the papal sanction for the order was given, at the Council of Troyes in 1128, Spartan rules were established similar to those of the Cistercian Monks.

The hierarchy of the order was the grand master, knights, chaplains and sergeants. Only the knights wore the white cloaks with the red cross.

Knights Templar’s Warriors

The Templar’s gained a reputation as great warriors in battles defending the Holy Land. But Jerusalem fell to the Muslims in 1187, and the Templar’s retreated, first to Antioch, then to Acre (the port city of Akko). The Knights Templar’s were based in Acre for a century: in 1291, Acre fell to the Muslims, with Grand Master William de Beaujue dying in the battle. The surviving Templars were the last to leave, departing to Caesarea, and then to Cyprus.

In Cyprus, the Templar’s were based at Limmasol, but their headquarters were established in the Temple Monastery in Paris.

Knights Templar’s as Bankers

Members joining the Knights Templar’s took oaths of poverty, and donated all their cash, valuables and property to the Order. Between these extensive “gifts”, treasures from battles, and the the massive grants from the Pope, the Templar’s amassed a true fortune.

The Templar’s quite naturally developed an extensive banking system as a result of transporting money and treasures between Palestine and Europe, and from lending money to Spanish pilgrims traveling to the Holy Land.
The Templar’s’ Downfall

The enormous wealth and power of the Knights Templar’s aroused both greed and envy. With their huge reserves of cash and their banking system, France’s King Philip the Fair had gone to the Templar’s for loans to finance his wars. Beyond has read different accounts, some where the Templar’s refused Philip IV’s request for money, and some where the King wanted to avoid repaying the loans he already had from them.

Friday the 13th

On October 13, 1307, a day so infamous that Friday the 13th would become a synonym for ill fortune, officers of King Philip IV of France carried out mass arrests in a well-coordinated dawn raid that left several thousand Templar’s — knights, sergeants, priests, and serving brethren — in chains, charged with heresy, blasphemy, various obscenities, and homosexual practices. None of these charges was ever proven, even in France — and the Order was found innocent elsewhere — but in the seven years following the arrests, hundreds of Templar’s suffered excruciating tortures intended to force “confessions,” and more than a hundred died under torture or were executed by burning at the stake. The Templar’s were charged with Satanism and many other “unnatural” acts and practices. Many of the charges may have been complete fabrications, but some could have been distortions of secret rites of the Templar’s. There were torture-encouraged confessions in the style of the Spanish Inquisition, and many were found guilty for refusing to “confess”. Many of the Templar’s in France were terminally punished, á la Joan of Arc, including the Grand Master, Jacques de Molay, who was burnt at the stake in 1314, near Paris’ Notre Dame Cathedral. Friday the 13th” has been an unlucky day since that event.

admin answers:

definitely not. to me they always seem like the bankers of Europe that Philip wanted to scapegoat for financial troubles, failed military expeditions, etc. After the fall of Acre, a coup on Cyprus, and further failures to defend the holy land, Philip IV had all the reason he needed to disband the order.

Personally i just think Philip was crazy. he was fanatical in trying to prove he was the Most Christian King in Europe (maybe even the “all holy leader” of Christendom, and more powerful than the Pope). he would round up important religious people, trump up charges and accuse them of heresy then burn them at the stake. he even arrested Pope Boniface VIII, and basically acted as the “Puppet Master” of Pope Clement V. although, Clement V resisted in some cases. He called the charges against the Templar’s (which were clearly fake and outrageous lies) not-proven, but disbanded the order because it was brought into so much disrepute. before all the trials, the order was actually seen as a good, hard working and “good-christian” group, and the public appreciated their financial work. however, a powerful Christian group like this residing partly in France wasn’t approved of by Philip IV. when the trials were announced, the public was shocked. indeed, most of the charges that became public knowledge seemed unbelievable, but if the King said it, it must have been true.

i can’t remember exactly what happened to the escapees, but trying to remember it from a book I’vee read, they merged into another rival group (such as the Hospital of St. John, which was a much weaker organization), returned to being monks, became farmers or hermits. one interesting theory that i watched on the history channel is some came to America (early 1300s) to escape and find religious freedom, along with a “2nd Jerusalem.” it was an interesting show… called “Holy grail in America”.

im going to work now, so I’lll drop back with the book name. i wish i could remember all the facts in it, but i always have to read something twice to remember anything permanently :P .

Hi, I’m back :D . that book is “A brief history of the Knights Templar” by Helen Nicholson. She’s been studying this group all her life, includes A LOT of references, and presents her facts in an unbiased way while giving opinions from other historians, historical figures, etc. i really like this book, definitely recommend it.

Donald asks…

Is it time to rid ourselves of the whole system of “monetary” wealth?

While the creation of monetary wealth was a good idea a very long time ago…before advanced technology…computers… and the wealth of common knowledge, Money as it is today has become of more importance than the beings that created it. In no religious book is Money or any form of it worshiped or given any importance. But yet, a person unknown to millions…can win millions after playing the lottery and be a star! The focus in Government as we speak is all about “not spending”. Can’t afford to fix roads or keep parks open or have band in high school. We can do anything if we take money out of the equation.
Is there another way, another system we can implement, with all we know and have that could really determine a persons wealth?

admin answers:

Your details are a bit confused, and don’t really work together, but in the end you start to put your question together.

The first thing you need to know is WHY we use money. Due to the large size of modern civilizations, cities, states, nations, and a globalized species with a globalized economy we are faced with the problem of how to trade resources, services, products, etc. Way back when everyone lived in small tribal groups there wasn’t a need for money. To survive people took on various roles that was specialized and contributed to the tribe as a whole. Today this is seen in communes.

But, once the size of the social structure gets larger, people begin to get even more specialized in their skills and tasks. This leads to limited resources, and so for someone to acquire resources/products/food that they themselves aren’t producing they trade with those that have those resources. This was paid through bartering, or trading one product/service for another. I gave you milk and you gave me clothing, for example.

Again, this worked okay, but the trick here was figuring out a fair exchange of trade goods (similar to exchange rates with modern currencies). This is where people bargained and bartered until they agreed on a price or went looking for someone else to trade with. This breaks down when communities get very large, either in sheer geographic coverage, or in population. Cities are crowded, and you the average person doesn’t have access to many resources of their own, usually specialized skills and talents are their trade. People either have to constantly promise favors to each other, or carry around a ton of unwieldy trade goods such as live stock, clothing, fuel, etc. This is cumbersome. To make it easy, MONEY was invented.

Money has an agreed upon base value, and all trade goods eventually reach an agreed upon base value in money (varying with who is willing to pay what, just like we do today actually). Money was small, easy to produce, easy to carry, and could be exchanged in place of actual goods, but used for any other kind of good.

So, in the end, money is very useful, and it is unlikely it will ever go away. Yes, we can use electronic exchanges, and we do this all the time with credit cards and banks, but the security of this isn’t foolproof, and can lead to all kinds of cheating and hacking, whereas counterfeiting money is easier to spot and plan for (not that we can stop that either).

You do have a point though. Why don’t we use a system where there is both bartering and money exchanges, so that physical money isn’t always necessary? I don’t really know. There are actually barter systems out there, even barter-cards (like credit cards) where participants can exchange goods instead of actual cash. Maybe things haven’t gotten bad enough that we need to go that far, but yes, if we traded basic necessities and services in exchange for work and goods we could technically save money. The fact of the matter is people like money because they can use it for whatever they want, even if they should be making sure its used primarily on the necessities of food, water, and shelter, and not luxuries like gambling, ipods, etc (if they can’t afford them that is).

Your questions about wealth creation system

Richard asks…

Are illegals really taking away jobs from Americans? Do people no understand Economics?

Do people who say “illegals are taking jobs from Americans” not understand how an Economy works?
Do they not realize that our economy is not a “Zero Sum” system??

A job held by an illegal immigrant is a job taken away from an American seems to be what most think. That jobs can be stolen, moved, but not created. this is known as the “lump job fallacy” and has been used mostly in political instances. they assume that there is a fixed amount of work to be done, and that by reducing the amount that those are already employed are allowed to work, the remaining amount will then accrue to the unemployed.

The truth is that the number of jobs in an economy is not static and is not limited in principle or practice. this number fluctuates by the minute. If there were a fixed number of jobs to be filled, then how would native-born Americans find employment when they reached working age? The fact is there are always more wants that can be satisfied if we have more resources available to do the work—and this includes the two hands and mind that come with each new member of a society

there is not a single shred of evidence that suggests illegal immigrants have actually stolen a job from anybody nor driven up the unemployment rate.new immigrant workers most often enhance the productivity and demand for other workers in the market, increasing the opportunities of almost everyone in society.

Immigrants increase the supply of labor, but they also increase the aggregate demand for the output of labor. thus helping to create more jobs. The average illegal immigrant actually tends to pay more in taxes as a percentage of their income than the average U.S. citizen because they aren’t entitled to a tax refund if they overpay,

So are the people who claim “illegals are stealing jobs from Americans” just no understand economics? or are the people who spread this assumption just trying to spread fear and hatred towards illegal immigrants?

Close detailed examination of illegal immigration does in fact show it’s a net loss for the USA. Read the paper “The Fiscal Cost of Low Skill Immigrants to the USA Taxpayer”. The cost of illegal (ie low-skill) immigration is huge.

What part of economics analysis do you not understand?

Lizzie asks…

By the way, How is the state of Illinois being run?

We are on the verge of becoming a socialist country. This election puts the private sector directly at odds with the public sector. And we are about to find out which will control the vast majority of jobs and wealth creation in this country. Committed liberals, socialists are in charge of both houses of Congress, the media is pushing them over the finish line in November, or trying to. They are salivating at the chance to keep this ball rolling — Jay & the Techniques, 1967. Barack Obama is not just the most liberal senator in the country. Barack Obama is a committed socialist, trained by Marxists like Saul Alinsky who bows at the feet of Jeremiah Wright. Democrats don’t have solutions, my friends. All they have is blame. All they have is complaints. Most of their complaints, as Barack’s economic plan is, is a complaint about capitalism. Why do they hate capitalism? Because they don’t control it, capitalism is where you have more freedom and liberty, and they don’t have any control. That’s why they don’t like it. They just have blame for Republicans and Big Business. They have been targeted for slaughter. They don’t tell us what they’re going to replace all these things with, but by connecting the dots it’s a no-brainer.

BY THE WAY, HOW IS THE STATE OF ILLINOIS BEING RUN by Obama, Daley, Durbin, et cetera? Let’s look at some things here. Change Chicago style, body count. In the last six months, 292 people have been murdered in Chicago, 221 have died in Iraq. Senators Obama and Durbin, Jesse Jackson, Jr., Governor Rod Blagojevich, House Leader Mike Madigan, Attorney General Lisa Madigan, the daughter of Mike Madigan, Mayor Richard Daley, son of Mayor Richard Daley, our leadership in Illinois, all Democrats. Look at the murder rate. It’s a combat zone in Chicago. Of course, they’re all blaming each other. They can’t blame any Republicans in Chicago because there aren’t any. The state pension fund, Illinois, $44 billion in debt, worst in the country. Cook County, Chicago, sales tax, 10.25%, highest in the country. Look it up if you want. Chicago school system, one of the worst in the country, the students there just protested! This is the political culture that Obama comes from in Illinois. He is going to fix Washington politics?

Nobama is out of touch with reality folks!

Ricky Coolwhip – you must be media illiterate or you rarely go outside.
Certainly is a quote from the site of Rush Limbaugh. Kudos to you for being observant. Truth doesn’t change just because it comes from a Republican.

admin answers:

bad news….the libs here see this as factual info….goes against the grain of their nature. nice expanse of factual research, by the way.

Susan asks…

Is this the direction Obama and the Liberal Democrats are trying to take this country?

-From a nation of investors to a nation of debtors.
-From a free market economy to a government-run economy.
-From a value system that prizes personal independence to a political system that fosters personal dependency.
-From a society where wealth accumulation, job creation and innovation are aspirations, to a society where wealth redistribution, high unemployment and stagnation are expectations.
-From a country confident that it is worthy of emulation to a country apologetic about its actions, beliefs and systems.
-From a military power that punches hard in the fight for freedom to a military that is sometimes commanded to pull its punches in the war against terrorism.
-From a quest to achieve the correct political course at the right cost to a quest to achieve the politically correct course at any cost.
-From a competitive environment where failure is part of a course correction to a government-controlled environment where the course of failure produces bailouts, handouts, payouts and layabouts
-From a public debate that is challenging because of strongly-held views to a public debate that is stifled because only one party’s views are challenged.
-From a country that celebrates strength and competes to a country that cultivates enervation and retreats.

Yes..and well said.

Linda asks…

Is this Britains policy on Domestic poverty?

Protect our Wealth..by the creation of a “hated and despised underclass”.

Premise…….

If the non beneficiaries of capitalism were treated with any sympathy – through the media, this would essentially mean redistribution, high taxes, high inflation, and a drop in the value of your savings…and our economic model and society would be brought into disrepute.
………………………………………………………………………..
Solution.

1) Every single poor person – must now be portrayed as either dumb, inferior, morally bankrupt, uneducated, unskilled, illiterate, undeserving or criminal.

Every Single One.

There cannot be a minority of undeserving poor, or a list of people – who have been let down of left behind, through our necessary poor and unequal distribution of wealth or employment opportunity. The media must continually broadcast this message to allow this perception to grow in the public. This will create stability and a moral faith in our society as a whole.

2) There must be a whole vocabulary established that instantly discredits the poor.

Some examples are…
Scum
Bum
Chav
Scrounger
Layabout
Smelly
Boring
looser
Young adults – being failed by our societies vastly expensive housing economics must be labelled Mummies Boys.

3) There must be absolutely no vocabulary that discredits us.

4) If there is criticism – it can easily be dismissed with tried and tested Victorian esq. language such as
“twaddle”,
“bumpkum”,
“humbug”,
“nonsense”.

5) You must never at any time resort to the language of the underclass.

6) The poor must never be able to take the moral high ground, even if they have spent the last fifteen years writing out application forms, for every minute of every day, or they somehow manage to get very qualified, skilled and experienced in areas such as voluntary work.

7)“Chinks” must always be exposed in their moral or ethical or intellectual armour.

Our society (and your sustained wealth) now desperately rely on the creation of the perception of our moral superiority..
8) We will turn the society against itself – on the basis of employed/unemployed, by creating an environment where the poor / working man moralise and judge themselves, and not either us or our perfect system.

9) The exception must always be the rule, to now protect our ageist, elitist, low opportunity, poverty dependant and discriminatory society.

10) Any abuse of the system must be developed, and encouraged to have maximum impact and then thoroughly exploited through the media – to maintain the illusion of the criminality in the poor.

11) A perception of a perfect moral and rewarding world through “work” (even if there in no employment) must survive, at all costs…through the creating of heroes and villains. It is suggested we create a perception of an abundance of work society by publishing the case of illegal aliens and illegal workers.

12) The plight of the poor in other countries – must be put at the forefront of of any debate of this issues, to divert attention from the poor people of Britian.

By creating this environment, we will protect YOUR WEALTH, and YOUR economic stability – and will instill terror in the critics of our poverty dependant society.

Carry On.

Being one of the benefit claiming council house dwelling uneducated social parasites that people on here are always whining about (who gets thousands of pounds and produces one illegitimate child after the other) i have to agree with you. But even though my answer makes no sense my English is poor my spelling is terrible and my punctuation non existent (as i often get told if i have the cheek to ask a question or in the unlikely event of me thinking i might have an answer) i will try to answer this one.The patronising pompous know it alls should think themselves lucky that they had the chance to get an education find a job and be able to afford a house and a car .they should get on with they’re own life instead of making assumptions about people who they know nothing about no body wants to live in poverty and have no hope of getting out of it unless they`re crazy ,and do these people who point there finger know how much an unemployed person actually gets a single person on benefit gets about £50 a week they still have to pay water rates gas electric TV licence food and with whats left they can buy cigs and go to the pub every day ,living the life of Riley arn`t they.Well none of the superior class knows what might be around the corner ,cause tomorrow they could get knocked of their perch and and find them self among the socially inferior and lucky enough to live in our privileged lifestyle i wonder if they would still go on about how great it is.

Robert asks…

Interventionism VS Laissez-faire ideology?

Hi,

I’ve been told that Americans preferred the Laissez-faire ideology than interventionism. I would like to know why :
Between 1901 and 1921, US had three presidents who were in the interventionism ideology.
Their ideas were positive for the people, weren’t they?
Better life for working class, anti child labor movements, limit of women’s work, women’s right of vote, improvement of urban life, anti trust law (Shearman act, Clayton act, …), regulation of railroad fares, creation of the income tax (redistribution of wealth through the state), federal system of insurance (health, old age, unemployment –> You had a social security in the past??), creation of Federal reserve bank, elections of senators, Federal trade commission against monopolies, …
I think it was a great progressive area. That’s why I just would like to know why Americans don’t like interventionism? Or maybe it is wrong?
Thank you! sorry for my English.

admin answers:

Since both regulators and free enterprisers are capable of being both wise and responsible, either system could work. But the fact is that regulators are as capable of selfish power-hunger as the free enterprisers. Whatever their official capacity, they are all human beings with all their faults. So it is best to strike a reasonable balance between the two bearing in mind that the enterprisers take all the risks and the regulators take none.

Trump Wealth Creation Celebrity Conference – Worth my time?

I received an invitation in the mail to be a “VIP guest” to hear Donald’s story from his daughter Ivanka and 4 self made experts that will discuss wealth creating secrets and strategies. And receive a copy of “TRUMP – THnk LIke a Billionare”. Says the conference will talk about real estate investing, slashing capital gains, protecting assets, etc. It is free to attend, but is it worth going? I am interested in buying investment property. Will I be a captive audience for them to pitch me buying something or will I get immediate value?
The seminar is free to attend and even includes lunch.

admin answers:

All depends on your goals, but for FREE, it’s definitely worth it. Most of these are usually at least $99, so free is good. Plus you’ll be a VIP. If you have an extra ticket let me know.

Meanwhile, you will get some sales pitches, but it’s all up to you to decide what things may/may not fit within your investment/financial plans.

The conferences I went to, I was looking for some things in particular (tax advice, etc) and so I found answers to those questions. There hasn’t been a conference like this that I didn’t pick up at least one or two things.

And by the way, if you keep your eyes/ears open, you’ll probably be able to make some new “investment” friends there too who might help you with your investment property needs.

Best of luck!
